I've joined the Advisory Board for The One Club's annual student creative awards show in the United States, known as The Young Ones 2019 Student Awards. New York based The One Club also manages one of the world’s pre-eminent advertising awards shows known as The One Show.
I'll also be on the first round judging panel of the Ad Venture Student Competition 2019, a pan European Advertising competition executively delivered by The European Association of Communications Agencies (EACA) and managed by its European Institute for Commercial Communications Education (EDCOM).
The Advertising Capstone programs of Swinburne University of Technology, UQ Business School and Western Sydney University have launched Advertising Capstone Challenge Australia.
With branding and logo design by Swinburne student Daniel Vesel, the rebranded Advertising Capstone Challenge builds on the successful program initiated in 2016 by Swinburne Advertising Lecturer David Reid, and UQ Business School’s Dr Nicole Hartley:
The initiative has been supported by M&C Saatchi/ Cricket Australia in 2016, Leo Burnett/ 7-Eleven in 2017, and AJF Partnership/ Lion Dairy & Beverages this year. Advertising Capstone Challenge Australia will run from August to October 2019.
